Living with ADHD — and Thriving Because of It
I am Maria, officially diagnosed at the age of nine. Instead of letting it hold me back, I’ve learned to turn it into my personal superpower.
With over 10 years of experience in the financial sector and my current role in talent consulting,I have gained a deep and practical understanding of economic principles and their application in real-world business environments. In 2020, I proudly completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Business Psychology.
I have deepened my expertise in the field of ADHD through personal experience and specialized training with renowned experts such as Cordula Neuhaus. Learning from her — one of the most influential pioneers in ADHD research — has significantly shaped my professional approach and equipped me with in-depth, evidence-based knowledge that I now apply in my work with clients every day.
My work is driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals to realize their goals — from building fulfilling careers and creating clarity in daily life to uncovering the potential that already lies within them. With a results-oriented mindset, professional insight, genuine enthusiasm, and empathy, I support my clients in recognizing their unique strengths and transforming them into real, sustainable progress.
Originally from the Stuttgart area, I gradually fell in love with Amsterdam over the past few years. Since 2023, I’ve been proud to call this vibrant city my home — enjoying its cozy canal-side cafés while bringing my energy and expertise into the international business world. Both professionally and personally, it’s a joy to feel at home in two places: Stuttgart and Amsterdam.
